The More Gross Profit seminar has been presented for a sales team nearly every week for more than 20 years.  I have turned the information into a 13 module one-on-one train-the-trainer coaching program that will have a huge impact on sales.  Here's how it works:
 
1.  Schedule the first coaching call with you or your training manager to discuss the 37 topics in the More Gross Profit book.
 
2.  Purchase a copy of the More Gross Profit book for each sales person and have them read it and identify 5 techniques they will put into effect immediately.  This will result in a gross profit increase that will more than pay for the program.
 
3.  Purchase copies of the 13 book training program for each sales person and begin distributing one each week.
 
4.  Have your sales team read the 7 lessons each week, listen to the audio, read the advice of over 100 sales people who have contributed, and turn in the required worksheet.
 
5.  Schedule one Train-the-Trainer call each week for 13 weeks as the sales team is going through the program.

I want to say that of all the seminars I have attended and sales “training”  I have endured that yours gets down to the brass tacks of the issues at hand. It is kind of like cutting meat. If you leave it untrimmed then you know you did and so do your customers. The course is like this. You’ve trimmed off all the fat and left the core issues exposed. For the salesperson taking the course they can either look in the mirror and ask themselves if they are addressing problems they have or if they are skating by. By taking the time to fully respond, the simple act of writing down your thoughts will help you look at how to improve. For me it has been like cleaning out my shop with an air compressor instead of a broom. It’s a different kind of clean.
