NAMP 423 Country style ribs

Country style ribs are made from the rib end of the loin usually with 4 or 5 rib bones.  The rib end is then cut exposing all the lean meat and cut into pieces between the bone.  They are very meaty and an excellent value for the price.  Not many are used in foodservice as they make a better product for grilling at home.
